EUR 1 billion benchmark issue
Nederlandse Waterschapsbank (NWB) has launched a EUR 1 billion issue. The lead managers are Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas and UBS limited. NWB is a AAA/Aaa rated public sector bank.
The bond, which was issued under the EUR 40 billion EMTN programme, will be repaid in full on 25 July 2011. The settlement date is 12 June 2008.
The coupon is 4.625% and the re-offer price is 99.689%. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
