USD 1 billion benchmark issue
Nederlandse Waterschapsbank (NWB) has launched a USD 1 billion issue. The lead managers are Merrill Lynch International, BNP Paribas and RBC Capital Markets. NWB is a AAA/Aaa rated public sector bank.
The bond, which was issued under the EUR 40 billion EMTN programme, will be repaid in full on 16 June 2010. The settlement date is 15 May 2008.
The coupon is 3.00% and the issue price is 99.949%. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
