Appointment ms. L.M.T. van Velden
Ms L.M.T. van Velden has been appointed to the Managing Board of NWB Bank for a 4-year period effective 1 January 2010. She will succeed Mr A.J.M.M. van Cleef, who will step down as a Director on the occasion of his retirement. Ms van Velden was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23 April 2009. Ms van Velden entered the bank's service on 1 October 2008 as Deputy Director. Her portfolio will comprise Risk Management, Accounting & Reporting and IT & Operations. With effect from 1 January 2010, the Managing Board of NWB Bank will consist of Mr R.A. Walkier, Chairman, and Ms van Velden.
